Life has felt flipping hard recently..teaching has been getting me down because of the behaviour and yet I so want to succeed at it.

On a lighter note I am with the Pickerings at the moment and we are going to the Horneyman museum which should be interesting. Also, I saw my monkey neice on Friday and I have noticed her hair is now more strawberry blonde than ginger. I love her. On Saturday evening I went to see Evita in London with my dad. It was wicked. I loved it. 20 years ago I played one of the children in it. That was such an amazing experience. I can't believe 20 years have passed since then.

I am enjoying half term.

Man, Life feels so hard at the moment like I'm trudging through thick treacle and it feels emotional. I am struggling with teaching and yet I so want to be a success.......................

On a happier note I am with my little m0nkey neice (she is more strawberry blonde these days than a ginger head). She knows what Jesus, sheep,whales and fish look like. She is a clever stick.

Things I am thinking:
1) I need the Lord. He gives me purpose and perspective and peace if I ask Him for these things. And I am asking.
2) I love the people in my life. They are darn good. Some are funny. Some are not so funny. Most, if not all, are interesting.
3) I am feeling mentally tired from thinking about teaching and how to be a good teacher and feeling pressure in my job.
4) I need more fun I think. Fun is good. I like light heartedness.
